Returns & Exchanges

At Jamin Leather, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your leather gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our online portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn item in its original packaging with all tags attached, and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our returns department located at our main warehouse in Myrtle Beach.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the leather, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
